Entry Deadline:
Up to 16 teams to compete.
Either a Large or X-Large Big Green Egg will be supplied with an Integrated Nest, Conveggtor, Fire Starters, all the FOGO Charcoal you will need for the competition, a tent, disposable gloves and a serving table.
You will be responsible to provide 1 plate of whatever you would like to the judges and up to 100 samples of whatever you would like to make for the community to try. They do NOT have to be the same thing but both must be cooked on the Big Green Egg.
