1. The first 48 paid teams will be accepted.
2. No motor homes or vehicles are allowed in the cooking area.
3. We have a limited number of reserved motor home spaces at $50 each. All motor homes must be self-contained. The first 10 entries requesting a reserved space will be granted. These are for professional teams only.
4. There is limited water and electrical hookups.
5. Each cooking site is 30’ X 30’. The cooking unit cannot exceed this space.
6. There are 42 cooking sites. They have water and electricity. (Excluding #3)
7. After 3 p.m. on Friday, December 6th, no vehicles will be allowed in the cooking area until after 3 p.m. on Saturday, December 7th.
8. There is a total payout of $10,000.
9. Each team will receive five armbands for Friday night. Additional armbands may be purchased for $5 each.
10. All teams checking in on Thursday need to see committee or staff for fish fry tickets.
11. You will be notified by email if you are accepted.
12. No entry fees will be refunded after November 1, 2019.
13. Each team is required to have a fire extinguisher and a bag of sand on site.

Saturday, December 7th, 2019
8:30 a.m. – Judges Check in
10:00 a.m. – Judges meeting at the pavilion
11:00 a.m. – Sauce turn-in
11:30 a.m. – Chicken turn-in
12:00 p.m. – Ribs turn-in (Professional & Back Yard)
12:30 p.m. – Pork turn-in (Shoulder or Boston Butt)
1:00 p.m. – Brisket turn-in
2:00 p.m. – Winners announced. Trophies and payouts
