General Information
While the deadline entry is June 30, 2019, registration is open until August 14, 2019 IF there are spaces available.
The World Series of Barbecue Open Competition is available to any team who can come down and show off their best barbecue skills!
Teams compete in Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pork (shoulder or Boston Butt) and Beef Brisket. In order to be eligible for Grand Champion, Open teams must turn in for all four categories.
All teams must register online. Please be sure to read and review the team packet prior to registration.
Entry Fees
There is no entry fee to join the event. Team must purchase a space to participate. There will be a late fee applied to any registrations received after August 1, 2019 of $75.00.
LIMITED RV SPACE: Space X: (18.5×50)*, 50 amp electrical, personal water spigot & 4 wristbands – $900.00
Space A: (20×25) will receive 4 wristbands – $300.00
Space B: (20×50) will receive 8 wristbands – $600.00
Space D: (25×40) will receive 8 wristbands – $600.00
Space E: (25×60) will receive 8 wristbands – $900.00
Space G: (40×50) will receive 8 wristbands – $1,200.00
Space H: (40×75) will receive 12 wristbands – $1,950.00
Space J: (40×100) will receive 12 wristbands – $2,600.00
